Negotiate first

Several terms lean heavily in the client's favor. The IP, indemnity, and non-compete clauses are worth pushing back on before you sign.

This is a freelance design contract where you're the one being hired. In plain terms: you do the design work, and the client gets a lot of control. They can ask for unlimited changes, pay you up to 60 days after you finish, own everything you make, and stop the project whenever they want. A few clauses could cost you money or limit your future work, so it's worth asking for changes first.
