Refund Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for credits you buy on Redline. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. How credits work
Redline is prepaid. You buy credits, and each AI action (an analysis, counter-proposal, comparison, or chat reply) consumes one credit. Because each action immediately uses our AI provider and incurs a real cost, credits are generally non-refundable once used.
2. When you can get a refund
We will refund you in these cases:
- Duplicate or failed charges: you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged for credits that were never added to your account.
- Service failure on our side: a credit was consumed but, due to a fault in Redline, you received no usable output and re-running it did not fix it.
- Unused credits, within the cooling-off window: if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not used any of the credits in that purchase, we will refund the unused balance.
3. When refunds don’t apply
- Credits that have already been used to generate output.
- Dissatisfaction with the AI’s analysis. Redline is an automated first-pass tool and its output can be imperfect; this is described in our Terms and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.
- Free promotional credits, which have no cash value.
4. How to request a refund
Email redline@vessien.com from the address on your account, with the transaction reference from your purchase and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Paystack to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Refunds are issued in Nigerian Naira (NGN); we are not responsible for currency-conversion differences applied by your provider.
